No fear at, the incident occurred along Lagos Ibadan expressway where an oil tanker carrying petroleum that is of course highy female fell on the road. Now you would expect people to run for their lives and avoid the situation but in this case it didn’t happen. Instead many people decided to get containers and the likes to scoop petrol fuel from the tank.
