His name is Jelili Atiku and he’s a renowned Nigerian multimedia artist who is presently in Israel. He caused a lot of stir after he dressed like a masquerade to have dinner at the African Studies Gallery restaurant in Israel. People who were fascinated left their meals to take pictures of him.
That’s oyibo for you, they’re always fascinated by all these weird things – where fellow Nigerians would have cleared the restaurant the oyibo would stay to take pictures and ask questions.
Oh look he even has a cape.
