Oh boy, see beating! The man pictured below was caught this morning by a vigilante group of people while allegedly attempting to kidnap two school children in Otukpo, Benue State. He reportedly previously escaped from vigilantes’ custody but was recaptured at Fairwinds Avenue, see pictures below…
