He was arrested while preaching at the Utako Market at about 4:30pm on Tuesday. A statement by the AMAC Marshal’s public relations officer, Kingsley Madaki said the suspect was arrested with “Qur’an and a chaplet on his neck while trying to lobby people in the market.”
