Oh my! That heart breaking moment on the wrong winner was announced at the Miss Universe 2015. There was a moment of jubilation and sudden heartbreak when Steve Harvey announced the wrong name, OMG! i was in shock myself like some ‘April Fool’s’ day issue, can you see the shock on their faces.
