One of Nigeria’s foremost and prominent Disc jockeys, 45 years old DJ Midas has died. DJ Midas, whose real name is Michael Adedoyin, died after a brief illness yesterday Tuesday September 27th.
The popular DJ joined the radio station in1998 as a pioneer in disc jockeying and regular DJ host.
Announcing his death this morning, his last employers Rhythm FM wrote on its official website, ‘We are sad to announce the passing away of a friend, former colleague and one of the baddest DJs in Nigeria, Michael Adedoyin aka DJ Midas’.
May his soul rest in peace, amen.
