One of Hollywood’s legends, Antonio Baderas, has announced to his fans that he is doing just fine, following a health scare of a heart attack.
According to the Associated Press, “I suffered a heart attack on January 26, but it wasn’t serious and hasn’t caused any damage,” the Spanish actor said.
The actor who was rushed to a close hospital in January, following an excruciating chest pain while working at his UK home, told The Sun that he visited a clinic in Switzerland for full treatment.
Antonio Banderas calls health scare an ‘episode’
The actor in an attempt to make light of the health issue, brushed it off as a heart “episode” when asked about it.
However, the Spanish thespian admitted that he had actually undergone a process that placed treatment tube into his arteries.
He also said in Malaga Spain, where he was awarded a lifetime achievement award at a film festival on Saturday the 25th of March, that “It hasn’t been as dramatic as some have written.”
