Stop Fighting, Make Nigeria Work, PDP Tells Presidency

Buhari

By Ogbolu George

The National Caretaker Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has said that it was very concerned and worried on the lack of coordination amongst appointees of President Muhammadu Buhari and agencies of government.

The party made this known in a series of tweets on its official twitter handle @OfficialPDPNig on Monday.

”Infighting by different cabals within the presidency is taking toll on Nigerians as they are the ones that suffer the brunt

”More worrisome is the situation where office holders of Aso Rock are only interested in working against themselves to show their superiority,” the party said.

Unhealthy rivalry

The PDP described the rivalry between agencies of the Executives and the Presidency as unhealthy.

It said President Buhari has the responsibility of putting his government in order.

”The All Progressives Government (APC) and the Presidency must stop playing politics with the well-being and livelihood of all Nigerians and deliver on its promises.

”Nigerians are not interested in which of the APC cabals call the shot, they are interested in service delivery and ease of livelihood,” the PDP said.
