Turkish Cleric Accidentally Broadcast Porn Clip In Mosque

There was a shaken atmosphere in Kuzeykent, a suburb of the city of Kastamonu in Turkey, following the accidental broadcast of audio from a pornographic movie, through the loud speakers used for call to prayers.

The United Press International (UPI) gathered that the audio which went viral, was broadcast via the mosque’s loud speakers on Wednesday the 22nd of March 2017.

Turkish Officials Investigate

A video of the incident, which was recorded by a witness, went viral on YouTube, thus springing up an outrage from the Muslim community, which has promised to investigate the case.

According to a Facebook quote from the mayor of Kastamonu, Tasin Babas, who vowed to investigate the incident, “The indecent provocations heard from a specific point in the Kuzeykent neighbourhood has nothing to do with our institution.”
